Our Upper Deck offers an elevated perspective of the waterfront, perfect for enjoying stunning views while hosting an unforgettable event. This open-air space provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, ideal for cocktail parties, intimate receptions, or casual gatherings. With plenty of room for flexible seating and easy access to the restaurant’s amenities, the Upper Deck combines scenic beauty with comfort, making every occasion feel special.

*Policy & Restrictions

 

1. Guest Count: Final guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours (3 days) before
event. Charges will be based on final count or actual attendance, whichever is
greater. Minimum spend requirement could be agreed upon per guest. 
2. Cancellation:
○ More than 72 hours (3 days) prior: Full deposit refund.
○ Less than 72 hours prior: Deposit forfeited; additional costs may apply.
3. Outside Food & Beverage: Only pre-approved items allowed. Outside cakes
permitted with a $1 cutting/plating fee.
4. Damages: Client is responsible for any damage to property caused by guests.
5. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for uncontrollable events (weather,
emergencies, etc.).
6. Early Access Time for Setup is available upon request.
7. Events over 6 hours may be subject to additional fees.

 

Please note our restaurant is currently open 7 days a week, we do our best to accommodate all event requests. We currently do not have a way to physically section off a portion of our dining room from regular dining. Reserving the entire restaurant is a possibility, but requires a minimum spend. 

 

Upon completion of booking event it is requested that you place a 25% deposit of total estimate to reserve your date for your event. Final Payment will be due on or before the event date.
